How many hours per week do you work? How many is too many (or, is there such a thing for you workaholics)?

I work about 45 hours per week. Add another 10 hours for readiness and transportation time to and from work. 55 hours per week. Lol

I used to work around 55-65 hours per week. (For a short while, I even worked 70+ hour weeks). That's workaholic to me--consistently working more than 50 hours of week in the Office.

Right now I'm only getting about 16 hours a week : ( I would like more, and I know that if my mom found out (even though I am 21 and out of the house) she would tell me I should find a second job, I'm not making enough money, etc.

Last summer I was living at home after college ended and she wasn't satisfied until I had 3 jobs! I was working over 40 hours a week, what a summer break.

I think too many hours are different for everyone. Anything that doesn't allow the person to rest or to see their family or friends. Basically, when work becomes life.

One week is a 44hr week, and the next is 36hrs.
I get every other Friday off...and I am salaried...so I could work as many hours or as less...and still get paid the same...woo hoo!

I work 40 hours a week. With keeping house and cooking for the kids, I couldn't really do much more than that.

I do 35 hours a week over 5 days, I'm so glad when my 2 days off come around, so I think 35 hours is plenty :)

I work 40 hours per week.

Anything over 40 is too much!

There are such things as workaholics...who will work day and night if they must. I can't be one of those.
