I can't speak for all men, but I (like most men, I believe) want honesty above all. Then sweetness and general caring and concern, warmth and a good sense of humor. Of course, it goes without saying that without chemistry to begin with, there is no relationship. So once the superficial items such as looks, height and weight, color and length of hair are "approved", then the real glue that holds the relationship together takes over. That consists of the aforementioned items.
